Lake Tekapo village is a major tourist destination for the South Island of New Zealand, and unfortunately accommodation is often fully booked a year in advance. Therefore all intending participants are urged to book and pay for their accommodation as early as possible.

We are recommending three accommodation providers as the preferred options for conference participants. All are within easy walking distance of the  venue (Tekapo Community Hall, 8 Aorangi Crescent, Lake Tekapo) and other venues such as the Godley Hotel (for the banquet) and the Earth & Sky Astronomy Centre (for the opening reception).

The three options below have accommodation available in or near Tekapo.
